We heap up wealth, not knowing who will spend it, i.e with a mere semblance of life, but without the reality.
Many think coming to this earth without money is like coming in vain, "for what shall profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?.
Greed is an excessive desire to possess wealth or goods with the intention to keep it for one's self. According to English dictionary described greed as a selfish or excessive desire for more than is needed or deserved, especially of money, wealth, food, or other possessions. From the highest in this country to the least want to get wealth at all cost.
From the politicians to the corps member that want to steals all what belong to the masses one's self and the Igbo that cheat people their money by selling them fake products for original.
Our country (Nigeria) is blessed with so many resources that can cater for over 170,000,000 Nigerians if properly plan and evenly distributed accordingly but greed people that may not be up to a hundred siphoned it for their own benefit.
Millions of Nigerians are denied access to good water, road, healthcare, education, employment etc by a few greedy leaders that want to get wealth at all cost.
For Nigeria to grow and see the light of meaningful development we need to restructure and sanitise the entire systems of Nigeria citizens on the need to be discipline and do away with greed.
I can't imagine this country going forward if our future leaders are still stealing #5,000 phones at the NYSC camp. Terrible!
We need the fear of God in this country, please let us all try in our various ways to preach to loved ones, to have the fear of God in their hearts.
God bless Nigeria. Happy weekend readers.....

The Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) and the National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG), said they were not informed before decisions of the bundling exercise were taken, hence, it is unacceptable to them.
In Ogun state, the workers were seen standing around the NNPC depot mosimi branch holding discussions in small groups.
See the photos after cut........
Some of the workers and marketers who spoke on the condition of anonymity said, the new policy of unilateral and arbitrary restructuring by the minister of state for petroleum resources, I've Kachikwu cannot be accepted without proper consultation of all parties involved before announcing the unbundling.
The minister cannot run the industry as a private estate. He (minister) must carry all Nigerians along. With such a massive decision-making a lot of things would be affected, particularly its implication on workers interest. He said

Never look down on your fellow human being unless you want to help them
We can all remember the story of Jumoke Orisaguna, a breads seller who hit gold by becoming a breadwinner. While she was hawking her breads, fate allowed her to walk passed along the area a team of modeling experts were taking some photo shots. By chance the lense of their camera captured this bread seller, known as Jumoke Orisaguna. The team saw in her, a beauty to use for their modelling. She was searched for some days later and she was signed as a brand name for some companies, even as an illiterate. The fame of Jumoke Orisaguna today can't be quantified. The lady worths millions of naira in term of asset. This was a hawker of breads in just January, 2016 and in February, 2016 God changed her garment of dishonour to a garment of honour. This is what God can do.
You that still believe in your degrees, remember that when God wants to help you, your degrees are worthless. I am not saying that education is not good, don't misquote me. I am only talking about divine favour or divine help. Even with this favour I am writing about, it doesn't means that one should fold his or her arms, expecting miracles to come without working. This is out of point. Jumoke Orisaguna didn't say she wouldn't work, it was in the process of hawking breads, though in a stressful condition, God sent her helper to her. Be the best at what you do for your helper to come.
How are you treating human beings? Do you treat people with disdain? Your attitude is always who is he? Who is she? A common bricklayer! a common shoemaker! You always say. If this is your attitude towards people, then you are still operating in the past. Hmmmmm! Yoruba adage says, A bi ni lode aje ko ni ka dolowo, eni ti a bi ni isale osi n doloro. Meaning (that you were born into a rich family doesn't make you a rich man, a man given birth in a poor family can becomes rich). The house built by a rich man of yesterday, was purchased by the son of a poor man of yesterday (Ile tolowo ana ko, omo olosi ana lo ra). It's an elder's word, let's learn from this.
Some have more than enough, but for them to give out to the needy they are tight fisted. Hmmmmm! Let's learn from Uruguay president, Mr Jose Mujica who as a president of a country humbled himself to the point of living like an ordinary person to make his country great through his using a volkswagon beetle car. You are custodians of these earthly items, one day you leave them. God has given you, give to others or have you forgotten the adage that says givers never lack? Even with your riches, you are poor in given, then you are lacking in spiritual wealths because you don't give. Try to give today and you won't lack again in your life .
As from today let's change our attitudes towards people. That we are in a place of honour today doesn't means we should use our position to ride on the back of people as horses. God can still turn the table for better for those people you are riding on their backs as He did in the case of Jumoke Orisaguna. Remember God says He will show mercy unto whom He will show mercy. It's not by power, it's through His grace. May grace work in the place of labour for us. Amen.
Perhaps some people Jumoke Orisaguna was selling breads to then would ridiculed her by using her situation to molest her, these people by now must have learnt their lessons in a hard way. What is our problem?(kin la n ba ka?) Are you rich today? You are controlling a lot of cars? Try to leave the fleet of cars in your garage and take a walk of life on foot. Let's see life from another angle, please.
In my days on earth, I have seen Prince who became a slave, not that they told me, I saw him. In my few years on earth, I have seen a slave who became a rich fellow. No one told me, I witnessed this. Let us know that God is in heaven doing whatsoever He likes. Whatever we have, God has given us to be a custodian of it. It's incumbent upon us to use it to help others in need.
My prayer for us is that God will make out of us wonders of His greatness that will marvel the whole world.
May we learn to learn!!! Happy weekend. God bless us.

Individual time zone is different
Kenya is two hours ahead of Nigeria, it does not mean that Nigeria is slow and it does not mean that Kenya is faster than Nigeria. Both countries are working based on "Time Zone".
There's one that married as a virgin and 'waited' ten years before having a child yet there is another who had had series of abortion before marriage yet gave birth after nine months.
There is one that graduated at the age of 22 yet waited 5 years before securing a job, yet there is another who graduated at the age of 27 and secured employment immediately.
There is one who became a CEO at the age of 25 and died at the age of 50, there is another who became a CEO at the age of 50 and lived to 90, both worked based on 'Time Zone' and some just happen to have everything work fast for them.
Work based on your 'lane'.
Colleagues, friends, associates, younger one(s) might have gone ahead of you. Don't envy them, it's their 'Time Zone' yours too will come.
Just hold on and be strong, it won't be long everything is gonna be alright.
"I returned and saw under the sun that the race is not to the swift nor the battle to the wise nor riches to men of understanding nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all"
Ecclesiastes 9:11.
Trust God this month and He will guide you through the year, even as you rely on Him daily, because it is only God who makes everything beautiful in His time.
Happy new month.

Never let your present situation discourage you
Life is a race, my dear brothers and sisters, there is something God destined to you but without discovered, it will not manifest. If you quit the race or you stop moving, you will not get to the destination of your dream land.
Remember that not everybody who go to school uses that knowledge acquire in school to fulfill his/her destiny but education enhance it.
Look at Africa richest man Aliko Dangote has many Ph Doctors and Professors working for him in building his empire.
Note, I did not discourage education nor discourage people who want to choose career in academic, but my advice goes to young graduate and undergraduate out there who believe that after graduation, serving your fatherland if the company did not employed you, there is nothing you can do again. My dear brothers and sisters don't be deceived, discover yourself! Bill Gates discover himself when he was an undergraduate and today world make reference to him.
Don't wait for no man. Whatever you are doing, do it with passion, have vision, be positive and associate with positive thinkers.
Remember that when you are doing something and the results are yet to come, don't be discouraged, know that a payday is coming for all the hard work.
Best wishes from IAB

Think twice before you do it
When ask from most women, they we indeed a bit afraid of their first time and experience of having see.
Some questions women asked and think in their mind are, will I enjoy it? Will it hurt? How will I feel? Will I satisfy my man? Is he the right person?
The fact is that the first few times having see will not be remembered as the best sex ever. Women agree that the first time often hurts a little, is uncomfortable and is often very clumsy. When women ready, the very first thing to consider is the person are with.
The first time to be with someone you really care for and the really cares for you in return. Some women rush and copy what their colleagues are doing or because their boyfriend is expecting it.
Neither of these should be a make sure that you will not regret the decision later. Some questions you need to ask yourself are, can I trust my partner with my life? Can I see myself having a long-term relationship with this person? Is he pressuring me? Is having sex for me, or for someone else.?
Adage says when you are not ready don't go down for it. Virginity must be considered by the guy you really cares for you enough, he will understand that this is a big decision, and you must not rush it. Don't go down for a guy who is worried more about his own satisfaction not considering your feelings.
The memory of first sex experience should be extremely special between both partners.
I wish you best of luck in all your future endeavor.

Benefits of Money
Money is very essential thing in human life. People wake up everyday thinking on how to make money, so that they can solved or meet their needs.
It is often said, no money, no plan because to execute that plan money must involved. Money is the root of all evils, also money answereth all things.
Money has great benefits in human life, to mention few:
- Dreams fulfilled
- Sound education
- Good Home
- Travelling abroad at your own convenient time
- Setting good business
- It command respect and authority
Money create the unique gap between the rich and the poor. Poop people have no idea even though what they are saying is good but rich people have, either the idea is good or not.
My dear readers let do the right thing at the right time, so that we can make use of our youthful age a reality.
